Your appointments are very important to Tala Hair Studio, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.
Payment + Policies: As of September 1, 2020, Tala guests are required to prepay for 50% of any service over $150. Cancellations less than 48 hours before your reservation or no shows will not be refunded but certainly can be rescheduled.
